What's included?
Our single package offers all the essentials for your gathering, complete with tables and chairs for your guests' comfort. You can select from a variety of linens personalize your event. Access to the barn is available from 8 AM to 11 PM, giving you plenty of time to celebrate.
March-November

What's included?
For a smooth special day, we recommend a day-of coordinator. Our coordinators are familiar with the venue and will expertly handle every detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% will be due the day of booking. The remainder of your balance will be due 4 months prior to your event. In other scenarios (a short engagement or last minute booking) all funds are due day of booking. If you fail to meet these requirements you will forfeit your booking date. Down payments are non refundable. We will also be charging a $500 incidental deposit on top of your 50% deposit day of booking and that will be returned to you once your event has concluded and everything at the venue is as it was when arriving. We take pride in this space as it will become a part of our home. We intend to extend the integrity of it as long as possible. We thank you for understanding.
